That’s some awesome body doubling—coined by Linda Anderson in the 90s and I’m finally adopting it.

Explanation—

“Body doubling is a productivity strategy that involves having another person work with you on a task. The presence of another person can help you focus, stay engaged, and feel motivated.”

Actually it came about as a way to be accountable to a book I am writing with my late husband. The only way I could figure to make steady progress was to visit it every day.
